Below we list the names of some cocktails. In touristy cities waiters know very well the names of Western drinks, but still you can find yourself in a situation where you are given a wrong drink.
For Westerners the main challenge is to ask for more ice and to order a cold beer, or even to ask not to put ice in a beer (yes!). I ended up in a nightclub in Xi'an drinking warm beer with some ice cubes in it. It was not as tough as it might sound, but better if can be avoided.
Chinese tend to drink less cold drinks. Whisky with coke will mostly lack ice and in restaurants you can get almost boiling beer.
To ask for more ice:
我想再要点儿冰块
wo3 xiang3 zai4 yao1 dianr3 bing1 kuai4
to order a cold beer
我想要冰啤酒
wo3 xiang3 yao1 bing1 pi2 jiu3
Other phrases:

加冰块 | jia1 bing1 kuai4 | On the rocks |
我不喝酒 | wo3 bu4 he1 jiu3 | I do not drink alcohol |
不含酒精 | bu4 han2 jiu3 jing1 | without alcohol |

特基拉 te4 ji1 la1 Tequila
that used to be:
龙舌兰烧酒 = longshelan shaojiu = dragontounge orchid (i.e. agave) "burnt" (i.e. distilled) liquour.
I much prefer this older name for Tequila (that no one uses anymore, and when it was in use there were hardly any tequila to be ordered in all of China)
